Job Description
Job Description Job Description Essential Job Functions:
- Work independently.
- Work from verbal instructions.
- Work in a versatile environment.
- Communicates and work with management, engineers and quality personnel to resolve machining or quality issues.
- Set-up and operate machines such as cylindrical grinders to fabricate metal parts
- Perform precision measurements using tools such as micrometers, and calipers
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Fulfill our Quality System requirements as required.
- Team Oriented.
Applicable Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Have the ability to hold tight tolerances of +/- .0001.
- Balance, dress and mount wheel in machine.
- Select proper speeds and feeds according to type and size of material.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
- Make adjustments to machine settings to ensure proper performance
- Experience in machining and operating various types of manual surface grinding machinery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements
- Attention to detail.
- Interpersonal skills. (Listens, clearly communicates, and provides both internal and external customer service).
- Organization and planning skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and twist as required to perform job duties.
Wage Range/Hours of Work:
- $20 - $30 (Negotiable pending experience)
- Hourly Position
- Full-Time, Min. 40 Hour Work Week.
- Monday thru Friday, Sat if

- On site required/hands-on duties
