This role is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision components that meet strict quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision parts Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and tolerances Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues Work collaboratively with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety guidelines Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school training preferred Proven experience operating CNC machines, with a focus on milling Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive tasks Manual dexterity to handle small tools and components Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
