We would not be able to achieve this without our world class team of dedicated and talented employees. We're currently looking for a skilled Machinist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, enjoys hands-on work, and wants to grow their skills in a collaborative shop environment. Experience level is flexible - we're open to early career machinists with strong fundamentals as well as seasoned professionals. As a Machinist, you will: Set up and operate machines (lathes, mills, grinders, etc.) Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and work instructions Measure and inspect parts using precision measuring tools Make adjustments to ensure quality, accuracy and efficiency Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting Follow safety, quality and production standards Collaborate with engineers and fellow machinists Experience requirements include: Machining experience preferred but flexible - we value aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Dependable, team-oriented mindset
