CNC Lathe Setup Machinist Benefits & Compensation Pay rate is $35-$41/hour commensurate with experience Full-time, 1st shift position Comprehensive medical benefits 401(k) with company match Paid vacation, holidays, and sick days Supportive, team-based work environment CNC Lathe Setup Machinist Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of CNC lathe setup and machining experience Ability to set up and operate 2 and 3 axis CNC horizontal lathes Familiarity with Fanuc controls Competence in reading blueprints and working knowledge of GD&T Experience using various measuring instruments and gauges for production and first-piece inspection Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and precision Capable of thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment CNC Lathe Setup Machinist Preferred Background & Skills Working knowledge of G-code programming Experience with bar feeding systems a plus CNC Lathe Setup Machinist Day-to-Day Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC horizontal lathes to manufacture precision components Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure high-quality output Inspect completed parts with gauges and measuring tools to verify compliance with all dimensions and tolerances Support workflow efficiency and contribute to process improvements Communicate effectively with team members and leadership on production status and issues If you are looking to grow your career as a highly skilled CNC lathe machinist and produce mission-critical components, we invite you to apply and make an impact with a leading manufacturing team.
