Job Description

As a CNC Milling Machine Setup Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC milling machines to manufacture high-precision components that meet strict quality and customer requirements. Reporting directly to the President, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient production workflows while upholding our commitment to excellence in manufacturing.
salary:
$62,000•$87,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM•3:30
PMeducation:
High SchoolResponsibilities Set up and operate 3• 4• and 5-axis vertical CNC milling machines. Write, edit, and troubleshoot basic CNC programs using G-code. Program and work with positional indexers. Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate machining. Utilize precision measuring instruments and gauges to verify first-piece and production dimensions. Maintain quality standards and ensure all parts meet customer specifications. Collaborate effectively with team members to support production goals. Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
