Your technical expertise in G-code and machine setup will directly impact our ability to deliver complex parts for critical industries, ensuring every piece meets rigorous quality standards. Responsibilities Execute complex setups and operation of 3, 4, and 5-axis vertical CNC milling machines to maintain high throughput. Optimize production by writing and editing G-code programs to improve cycle times and part accuracy. Utilize Fanuc controls to manage machine parameters and troubleshoot operational issues in real-time. Perform precise first-piece inspections and ongoing quality verification using advanced metrology tools. Configure and integrate positional indexers to expand machining capabilities for intricate geometries. Interpret complex engineering blueprints and apply GD&T principles to ensure strict adherence to design specifications. Collaborate with the production team to streamline workflows and uphold a culture of manufacturing precision. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a professional CNC machining environment. Advanced proficiency in CNC machine setup and operation for multi-axis VMCs. Demonstrated ability to program and edit G-code. Strong working knowledge of Fanuc control systems. Proven ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and GD&T documentation. Preferred Skills Experience working within high-tolerance industries such as Aerospace or Medical manufacturing. Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex mechanical or control-related machine issues. Experience mentoring junior machinists or leading small production projects.
