This is a hands-on, problem-solving role where you will actively operate machines, make program edits, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances. Overtime may be required to meet production goals. Key Responsibilities Set up, program, and operate CNC lathes (Hardinge, Mori Seiki; Fanuc preferred) Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T Perform first-piece and in-process inspections Troubleshoot setups, tooling, and machining issues Perform routine maintenance and tooling changes Collaborate with engineering and quality teams Maintain a safe, organized work area Qualifications 5+ years CNC Lathe experience (aerospace/precision machining preferred) Strong setup and programming skills Comfortable working independently Solid blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality-focused Benefits Competitive pay based on experience 401(k) with company match Health, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible scheduling Tuition reimbursement & referral bonuses Training and advancement opportunities - Immediate Start!
