Job Description

DIRECT HIRE
As a CNC Mill Machinist II, you will operate all types of CNC Milling machines under the direction of the area supervisor or Lead Person. Manufacturing•Machinist II (CNC Turn) | Direct Hire | Superior Skilled Trades 📍

Hourly Rate:
$28•35/hour (based on experience) 🎯 Annual Performance Bonus Eligible 🕒
Schedule:
1st Shift (7AM•3:30PM), M•F, +
OT Weekly Hours:
FT Responsibilities:
Performs set-ups and operates CNC mill machines and related equipment where programs, fixtures, and methods have been developed Makes all edits and adjustments as required to produce parts to work orders/blueprint specifications/sketches The ability to operate more than one machine in a cellular environment is required Demonstrates a working knowledge of feeds and speeds and a working knowledge of cutting tools and their application Inspects work for all dimensional features as required Produces quality and quantity of work in accordance with Company requirements Responsible for accurately completing paperwork relating to counts, scrap, time, etc according to Company policy Performs duties always exercising good machining practices Maintains area, equipment, and tooling in a neat, orderly condition including operator maintenance sheets Maintains coolant tanks and fills as necessary Assists new and less experienced operators as requested Observes all Company policies, rules, and regulations including good housekeeping, safety and security
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 3-5 years machinist experience Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis Must be able to perform work subject to
ITAR/EAR
regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
Must be able to understand and follow instructions in English Must be able to understand and interpret blueprints and sketches Must have demonstrated mechanical ability
Physical Requirements:
Requires mobility in a manufacturing plant environment while using Personal Protective Equipment Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds
