At Kell-Strom Tool Company, we build precision aerospace components where details matter. We're a family-owned shop in Wethersfield, CT, focused on low-volume, high-mix work —the kind that keeps things interesting and actually uses your skills. We're looking for a CNC Machinist who enjoys the craft—someone who values accuracy, problem-solving, and doing things the right way. What You'll Do Set up and run CNC mills and lathes Read prints and machine parts to precise specifications Work with CAD/CAM (SolidWorks a plus) Inspect your work using micrometers, gauges, and CMMs Troubleshoot and make adjustments as needed Work closely with a team that values quality What You Bring CNC machining experience with solid setup skills Understanding of GD&T Comfortable using inspection tools and holding tight tolerances Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
