Supportive work environment with opportunities for growth. CNC Milling Machinist Day-to-Day Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy. Perform quality checks on finished parts to meet client requirements. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. CNC Milling Machinist Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of CNC milling set-up experience. Proven ability to perform CNC machine set-ups. Proficiency reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree in machining or related field preferred. Manual dexterity for handling small parts and tools. CNC Milling Machinist Preferred Background & Skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
