Full Job Description Job Summary:

An established medical device manufacturer is seeking a CNC Machinist to produce precision implants and surgical instruments in a regulated manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC and manual machining equipment, troubleshooting machining programs, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the training of entry-level machinists.

Job Description:

Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment Manufacture implant and instrument components to specification Meet production targets and quality requirements Troubleshoot and adjust CNC programs with engineering support Assist with tooling setup, maintenance, and improvements Perform self-inspection and ensure proper inspection processes Train and support Level 1 machinists on CNC and inspection procedures Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and SOPs Record production and inspection data accurately Follow GMP guidelines, SOPs, and safety procedures Identify and report process deviations Comply with quality system and regulatory requirements Support cross-functional teams as needed

1st and 2nd shift available

Skills Required:

1-3 years machinist experience in manufacturing CNC and manual machining experience Ability to adjust CNC programs with engineering support Experience with precision components and tight tolerances Knowledge of inspection tools and procedures Strong understanding of GD&T Blueprint and technical drawing interpretation Strong attention to detail and quality focus Ability to work independently and in a team Education High school diploma or GED required "We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
