For more than 60 years, we have been delivering the highest quality precision gears and gearboxes to the world's most innovative industries, including aerospace, defense, medical, and more. Job Duties & Responsibilities:
This person will produce machined parts by setting up and operating Manual machines, maintaining quality and safety standards, keeping records, and maintaining equipment and supplies. Able to setup and operate Manual manufacturing machines such as Hardinge, Bridgeport, Sharpe, etc. in support of the manufacturing floor for tooling and fixtures. Maintain time standards and production schedule. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance. Performing any work for which they are qualified, related to repairing, modifying, or making new fixtures, special tools, etc. Apply safe manufacturing practice and use proper personal protective equipment e.g., safety glasses and hearing protection.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years working experience operating various manual manufacturing machines. Ability to read blue prints and use measuring tools (such as caliper, micrometer, high gage, etc.). Ability to interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T). Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required. College course work or trade school training preferred. Understand and apply basic machining principles and make adjustments as necessary. Must have a strong sense of safety and safe work practices. Must have strong attention to detail, and high level of accuracy in work product. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, sit, reach, stoop, crouch, climb, balance, feel, and communicate. This position will be regularly exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes and noise. Must be able to frequently lift, pull, push objects that weight up to 30 pounds.
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 6am - 2:30pm and/or as needed.

Hourly pay rate will be commensurate with experience. Export Control:
