CNC Machinist - Precision Manufacturing (2nd Shift) 📍 Naples, FL 💵 $30-$40/hour (based on experience) Shape the Future of Medical & Aerospace Manufacturing We're looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to guide our 2nd‑shift precision machining team in Naples, FL. This is a hands‑on leadership role where your expertise will directly impact the quality of medical and aerospace components used in highly regulated, mission‑critical applications. If you enjoy mentoring skilled machinists, solving complex machining challenges, and working in a clean, high‑precision environment—this is an opportunity to make a real difference. What You'll Do Lead and coordinate daily operations for a skilled 2nd‑shift team Train, mentor, and support machinists to uphold quality, safety, and production standards Operate and troubleshoot CNC lathes, mills, and Swiss machines as needed Review production schedules and efficiently allocate labor and machine resources Ensure full compliance with medical (ISO/FDA) and aerospace (AS9100) standards Partner with Engineering and Quality teams to quickly resolve technical and process issues What We're Looking For Essential Skills Strong hands‑on experience with Lathe, Mill, and Swiss machining Proven leadership or lead‑level experience in a machining environment Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T Experience working with tight tolerances in regulated manufacturing environments Preferred Experience CNC programming and troubleshooting Familiarity with
ISO, FDA
