Hands-on Machining:
Set up, operate, and edit programs on HAAS 3-axis mills for high-precision components. ...Material Variety:
Work with a wide range of materials from aluminum and stainless steel to engineered plastics and tool steel.Custom Solutions:
Develop and produce custom fixturing and contribute directly to process improvements.
Great Team Environment:
Join a tight-knit, collaborative team operating with high-quality manufacturing standards.Working hours:
8:00 AM- 4:30
PM Skills:
- Must operate with good manufacturing practices daily.
- Work as part of a solid team.
- Ability to contribute to driving process improvements.
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 yearsQualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED, associate degree, trade school training or apprenticeship program in a mechanical discipline or tool and die making.
- 2+ years of operating CNC mills (preferably HAAS 3-axis)
- Ability to read/comprehend technical prints and tolerances in metric dimensioning.
- Have proven ability to edit/verify programs on the HAAS conversational control for multi-axis parts.
- Must have the ability to set-up parts and cutting tools accurately.
- Must be able to develop and produce fixtures when needed.
- Ability to inspect close tolerance part features using gage blocks, indicators, bore gages, micrometers, etc.
- Experience in machining various materials i.
