Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and maintaining machining equipment, interpreting technical drawings, and producing precision parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Citizen Compensation:

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour (based on experience) | Full-time position Responsibilities Set up and operate manual and/or CNC machining equipment Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Manufacture precision components to required specifications and tolerances Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments Troubleshoot machining and equipment issues as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all company safety and quality standards Travel to job sites or customer locations when required Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of machinist experience preferred Experience with manual mills, lathes, and/or CNC equipment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines Must be a U.S. Citizen Must be willing and able to travel if needed
