We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience to join our Engineering team. You will be part of a design team developing innovative military and airborne products. You will build both quick-turn prototypes and production parts.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC milling machines and laser cutters Operate press brake, drill press, lathe and other tools Read and interpret technical drawings Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary Conduct quality control inspections on finished products Maintain a clean and safe work environment Collaborate with team members to improve production processes

Requirements Required Skills:

Proficient in operating CNC machinery and other tools Knowledge of basic shop math (metric conversion and arithmetic) Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues Good communication and teamwork skills Knowledge of M & G code to be able to edit & trouble shoot CNC program at machine Proficient in use of Measuring Equipment and able to verify conformance of machined work piece to specifications

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus 1-2 years minimum of experience as a CNC Machinist Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is preferred If you are a motivated individual with a passion for precision machining, we encourage you to apply.
