CNC Machinist:
1st 7am-3:45pm 2nd 3pm-11:45pm Pay Rate/Salary of the

$30-$33/hr Responsibilities of the
CNC Machinist:
Produce machined parts by setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters, interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T) Programs mills by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; setting tool registers, offsets, compensation, and conditional switches Sets up mills by installing and adjusting three and four-jaw chucks, tools, attachments, collets, bushings, cams, gears, stops, and stock pushers, indicating vices, tramming heads Verifies settings by measuring positions, first run part, and sample workplaces, adhering to standards Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations, taking measurements; detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; sharpening and replacing worn tools; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes Qualification of the
CNC Machinist:
Previous experience in operating Controls and Instrumentation, Supply Management, Tooling and Coordination, use of Precision Measuring Instruments is required Must be able to read and interpret simple to complex drawings.
