Job Description

Job Title:
Manual & CNC Machinist - Programmer (Experienced Only) •Do not apply unless you have real manual machining experience. We need someone who can run manual mills/lathes and also program CNC machines. This is a hands-on job for a versatile, skilled machinist — not an entry-level CNC operator role. Industrial Services of Peachtree City is a full-service welding, fabrication, and machining shop working with steel, aluminum, stainless, and plastics. We specialize in precision parts and solutions for wholesalers, retailers, and contractors. We're looking for a highly skilled Manual & CNC Machinist who can both operate and program a variety of manual and CNC equipment for custom part fabrication.
What You'll Do:
Run manual mills and lathes to machine precision parts from scratch or drawings. Program and run CNC mills and lathes (G-code or conversational). Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and part samples . Machine materials including steel, stainless, aluminum, and plastics. Work independently to design and build accurate components. Use CAD/CAM or G/M-code programming (Mastercam experience is a plus). Hold close tolerances and verify dimensions using measuring tools.
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience running manual machines . 2+ years programming and operating CNC mills/lathes . Strong blueprint reading and mechanical problem-solving skills. Proficient in using calipers, micrometers, and precision instruments. Comfortable machining complex, one-off parts. Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus): Mastercam programming CAD/CAM knowledge
Compensation & Benefits:

Monday-Thursday 7:00 AM - 5:30
