Days:

1st Shift Training (Mon-Fri | 6:00 AM•4:30 PM)

After Training:

Industry leader in heavy manufacturing CNC Operator with Large Lathe We are looking for CNC Operator with 2+ years of experience CNC Operator that is detail oriented Clean, high-tech, safety-first facility Strong culture of respect, teamwork, and accountability Real opportunity to build a career, not just work a job What You'll Be Doing This is true machinist work — complex, challenging, and rewarding: Set up & operate large CNC lathes (110-220 ton machines) Machine large, complex components to tight tolerances Read and interpret advanced blueprints, GD&T, and specs Select tooling, fixtures, and machining strategy Dial in feeds & speeds for maximum efficiency + quality Perform precision inspections throughout the process Troubleshoot and solve problems independently Work closely with Engineering & Quality teams to deliver first-time-right results If you love big iron, tight tolerances, and running your own machine — this is your lane.
