Machinist (2nd Shift) Overview As a Machinist, you'll set up and operate CNC and manual machines to produce high-quality, precise parts. You'll work with blueprints and machine code in a modern manufacturing facility on a 2nd shift schedule. What You'll Do Set up and run CNC and manual machines (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.) Load and unload parts and tooling Read blueprints and follow work instructions Use G & M codes to run and adjust CNC machines Monitor machines and make adjustments as needed Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure quality Document work and communicate with team members Perform basic calculations for machining (speeds, feeds, dimensions) Keep your work area clean and safe. What You Need 3-5 years of machining experience Experience with CNC and manual machines Ability to read blueprints and understand G & M code Familiarity with FANUC controls Strong attention to detail and quality Basic math skills for machining calculations Ability to follow instructions and work independently Nice to
