What We Offer Weekly Pay of $22.25-$31.04 DOE + $2.00 shift premium per hour Direct deposit & debit card payment options Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance Overtime available Background friendly Temp-to-hire opportunity Production Worker Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do) Set up and operate CNC machines All set up for blueprints, fixtures, and gages Positions and secures tools in machine as instructed by process sheets and set up procedures Observes operation and changes tooling and inserts as necessary during operations Verifies conformance of machine product to specifications as stated in inspections sequence Quality assurance, verifying parts meet specified standards Record daily production and is responsible for returning all set up material and paperwork to proper areas Production Worker Shift Info Second shift, 8:30PM - 6:30AM Sunday - Thursday Production Worker Qualifications (Requirements / Skills) Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals Able to read and interpret blueprints 1+ year CNC experience required Able to work as part of a team Good communication skills Basic math skills Physical dexterity Good work history and tenure required Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Able to work in the US About Ascend Staffing Ascend Staffing has been connecting great people with real opportunities for over 50 years.
