Immediately Seeking!•CNC Machinist Competitive Pay | 1st
Shift:
6 am•4 pm | 2nd
Shift:
4:30 pm•2:30 am | Monday•Thursday | Friday & Saturday OT available | Training Provided | Long-Term Career Opportunity Join a stable manufacturing team where you can build a long-term career! We are seeking dependable individuals to set up, operate, and monitor CNC machine tools while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. No prior experience is necessary — on-the-job training is provided!
What You'll Do:
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machine tools Load parts and ensure machines are running efficiently Make simple machine edits and set offsets as needed Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Inspect finished parts for quality and dimensional accuracy Document production levels and dimensional data accurately Use SPC (Statistical Process Control) methods for continuous improvement Detect equipment issues and report malfunctions to supervisors Deburr finished parts and inspect for conformance to specifications Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment Operate forklifts or lifting devices to move materials and parts Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and procedures
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Basic reading, writing, and math skills Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions Strong attention to detail and quality control Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Manual dexterity for operating machinery and computers Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Manufacturing or CNC experience is helpful, but not required Why Work for Advance Services, Inc.?
