CNC Machinist

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
• Select the appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine operation or product quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience:

• Previous experience as a CNC machinist or in a related role
• Proficiency in operating CNC machines and programming controls
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in machining operations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements using precision instruments
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
