Pay/Benefits Great Company Culture Your Safety is our #1 Concern Join our Team As a CNC Machinist you will: Set up and operate CNC horizontal and vertical lathes and machining centers to produce high-quality precision parts Create and modify machine programs to optimize performance and efficiency Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate machining Select, install, and align tooling, fixtures, and materials for a variety of machines, including mills, lathes, and grinders Inspect finished components to ensure they meet required tolerances and quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment This is a Full time/Temp to hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

2-3 years of CNC machining experience or related manufacturing background Proven ability to perform complex machine setups and independently produce high-quality prototype parts Experience working with multiple machine controllers and making program edits (with supervisor approval) Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and using data to maintain consistent, high-quality output Working knowledge of common "1E" specifications and industry quality standards

Pay Rate:

$25.00-$27.00 per hour •Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should
