We're looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to produce high-quality, tight-tolerance components in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. 💼 What You'll Do Set up and operate 5-axis CNC mills, lathes, and turning centers Perform full machine setups including tooling, fixturing, and offsets Read and interpret complex blueprints and work instructions Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure precision Adjust speeds, feeds, and offsets to optimize performance and quality Troubleshoot machining issues and minimize downtime Monitor production runs and perform first-piece and in-process inspections Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area ✅ What We're Looking For 5+ years of CNC machining experience in a production or job shop environment Strong experience with 5-axis machining and CNC setups Advanced blueprint reading and ability to work to tight tolerances Proficiency with precision measuring tools Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and within a team ⭐ Preferred Experience CNC lathe and turning experience Experience making program adjustments or fine-tuning code Experience in high-precision or complex part manufacturing 🌟 Why Join Us?
