What You'll Be Doing Program CNC Doosan lathes using Mastercam and G‑Code Set up and operate CNC engine lathes with Fanuc controls Machine steel and aluminum parts to tight tolerances up to +/- 0.0005 Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Repair and rework steel or aluminum cores Use precision measuring tools including calipers and micrometers Maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and consistency What We're Looking For Strong G‑Code programming skills 3+ years of CNC lathe setup and operation experience Ability to read blueprints and work to tight tolerances Proficiency with precision measuring equipment Solid math skills and strong attention to detail Experience with Mastercam is a plus Pay and Schedule $30-$40 per hour , based on experience 1st shift Monday through Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm Overtime available Why This Shop Stands Out Your own dedicated work space that you can personalize and make your own Quarterly production bonuses of approximately 4-8 percent when shop goals are met, which they consistently are Annual company bonus based on overall business performance Discretionary bonuses for exceptional performance or innovative ideas Paid lunches Boot reimbursement up to $200 every year Prescription safety glasses benefit if needed All tools provided , though you are welcome to bring your own Medical, dental, and vision insurance Family‑owned company that offers flexibility when life happens Long‑term stability with 15+ year average employee tenure Work Environment You'll work in a clean, old‑school machine shop alongside experienced machinists and laborers who take pride in their work.
