Key Responsibilities:

Setup and Operation:

Set up, calibrate, and operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) by loading programs, tools, and raw materials.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished parts using precision tools (micrometers, calipers) to ensure they meet blueprint specifications.

Tooling and Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including changing tools, maintaining fluid/lubricant levels, and cleaning the workspace.

Monitoring:

Monitor machines for unusual sounds or performance issues, adjusting feeds and speeds to ensure optimal production.

Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve machine errors or production faults to minimize downtime. Swiss Machine Experience required

Qualifications and Skills:

Technical Skills:

Ability to read and interpret blue prints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.

Experience:

Previous experience operating CNC machinery (mills, lathes) or technical training in CNC machining.

Mathematics:

Proficiency in basic math, geometry, and trigonometry.
