Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Level 1: Estimated annual base pay: $20.67 (minimum)

If you're a Machine Repair Technician , we have an exciting opportunity for you. Woodward is hiring a skilled and motivated repair technician to join our team. This position is located at our Loves Park Campus on N. 2nd Street and will be working on AWS 2nd shift (Fri-Sun 3pm-3:30am), with a rotating on-call schedule. Key Responsibilities:
Perform Routine Maintenance:
Conduct regular inspections and execute preventative maintenance on machinery following standard operating procedures.
Diagnose Basic Issues:
Identify and troubleshoot straightforward machine malfunctions using established guidelines and diagnostic tools.
Execute Repairs:
Carry out necessary repairs on equipment under close supervision, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Document Maintenance Activities:
Accurately record all maintenance and repair tasks in maintenance logs and reports. Collaborate with

Communicate technical information and work effectively with team members to ensure optimal machine performance.

Technical Proficiency:
Knowledge of basic machinery and equipment used in machine repair.
Diagnostic Skills:
Ability to identify and diagnose simple mechanical issues using standard procedures.

Successful candidates typically have:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred Associates degree in electronics, mechanical or industrial discipline is preferred Experience in a machine repair role in a manufacturing environment Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing production machine errors and malfunctions.
