Job Description Produce machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating computer numerical control (CNC) and manual Mills and Lathes Program parts for CNC mills and lathes Maintain quality and safety standards Maintain equipment supplies Proactive involvement in projects, process improvement, and other value-added activities Assist other departments as needed Qualifications Associates degree in machining or equivalent (open to new graduates) or 2+ years' experience in a similar role Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to hold close tolerances and conduct component inspections Positive, detail-oriented personality Benefits Excellent Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance with Family Coverage and Minimal Employee Contribution Disability Benefits 401(k): 5% Employer Contribution Plus 1% Match Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off Flexible Spending Account Pay Rate Starting from $21-$42/hour Plus Discretionary Profit Sharing Bonus Salary Negotiable Based on
