Job Title:

Turret Operator Job Description Operate and manage turret machines to carry out various machining operations with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities Set up and operate turret machines to perform drilling, tapping, reaming, and other machining operations. Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment and clamping of workpieces. Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments to maintain accuracy. Inspect finished parts for dimensions, quality, and defects using measuring tools. Maintain a clean and organized work area and perform routine machine maintenance. Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment. Complete production documentation and report any issues to supervisors. Essential Skills 1-2+ years of experience setting up and operating machines, or specialized training and/or certification. Ability to read and interpret blueprints or drawings. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. High school diploma or GED required. Additional Skills & Qualifications General labor skills including labeling, turret, and press brake experience. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
