What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (we can help with our GEDworks program) At least 3-5 years of machining experience, foundry, metals manufacturing Experience operating equipment such as band saws, lathes, mills, or similar machinery. Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production documents. Strong math skills, including working with decimals and measurements. Experience using measuring equipment such as tape measures, gauges, calipers, micrometers and other measuring tools. Ability to safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Physical Requirements Frequently stand, sit, use hands, and lift up to 50 pounds. Occasionally lift up to 70 pounds, carry materials, push/pull, reach, climb, and walk.
