CNC Mill Machinist

Pay Range:

Up to $32 per hour (DOE) with a 10% differential for 2nd and 3rd Shift positions. No Mandatory Overtime! Weekly Pay!

Dependable Operate CNC Mill/Turn Machines Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge Make offsets and work positions to meet print tolerance Use of micrometers, calipers, Renishaw probes, and optical comparators Follow Quality Procedures Basic math and computer skills Knowledge of removing burrs Three (3) plus years' experience

Shift:

2nd and 3rd / 8 Hour Shifts / Overtime Optional when available

Additional Skills:

Ability to set up CNC Mills from start to finish including prepping of tools Ability to read and understand M and G codes Use of Fanuc and Siemens controls Experience with full 5-Axis Vertical Mills Trouble shoot machining processes and work-holding Operate multiple machines at one time

Physical Requirements:

Essential Functions:

Able to; stand, twist, bend, squat, stoop, kneel, climb ladders and stairs and lift on a continuous basis for an 8-hour work day.
