Fort Wayne, IN area, with regional driving across NE Indiana About the Role Established pet cremation company is hiring a part-time driver to handle our scheduled veterinary clinic pickup route two days per week. This is a steady, predictable part-time job with set days, a defined route, and professional working conditions. A good fit for someone looking for reliable supplemental income, a semi-retired worker, or someone wanting consistent part-time hours without nights or weekends. What You'll Do Drive a company vehicle on a set Monday and Thursday route to veterinary clinic partners across the region Pick up pets from veterinary clinics following established intake procedures Log and document each pickup with care and accuracy Return to our facility, transfer pets to the care team, and complete intake paperwork Maintain the company vehicle (fuel, basic cleanliness, reporting any issues) Assist with light facility tasks as time permits (boxing, basic memorial prep) What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (will be verified) Comfortable driving regionally across NE Indiana in all weather Respectful, calm demeanor; you represent our business to every veterinary clinic on the route Comfortable handling deceased pets with care and respect Able to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally Able to pass a background check Smartphone for route navigation and pickup logging Helpful (Not Required) Prior delivery, courier, route driving, or veterinary experience Experience working with the public in a professional service capacity Animal care or pet services background What We Offer $20/hour starting wage Set Monday and Thursday schedule, no nights or weekends Company vehicle provided; no use of personal vehicle required Predictable route, steady work Paid training; we'll teach you everything you need to know To Apply Submit your resume through Indeed.
