You'll take jobs from program review through setup, first article, and into production. What You'll Do Perform full setups on CNC Swiss lathe (Fanuc horizontal/vertical mills and Haas VF2) Review and validate CNC programs (Mastercam or similar CAM systems) Select tooling, set offsets, and establish workholding Read and interpret complex blueprints including GD&T Run first article parts and ensure quality standards are met Troubleshoot machining and program issues independently Improve setup efficiency and support production Maintain quality standards aligned with AS9100 What You Bring 3+ years of CNC Swiss lathe setup experience Experience with Fanuc and/or Haas controls Strong blueprint reading and tolerance interpretation Ability to complete setups independently Solid understanding of tooling, feeds/speeds, and machining strategy #PEG1
