Shift Premium Overview:

Viant Medical is seeking experienced CNC Machinists for 2nd and 3rd shift openings at their Fort Wayne facility. This is a contract manufacturing environment that requires strong setup capabilities and the ability to adapt to changing production needs. Candidates should be experienced in setup, operation, and troubleshooting within a dynamic machining environment.

11:00 PM - 7:00

AM Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate Swiss-style CNC machines or 5-axis milling machines Run and monitor multiple machines as needed Read and interpret blueprints and specifications Make offsets and adjustments to maintain quality standards Support a fast-paced, high-mix, low-volume production environment

Star, Citizen 5-

Axis Mills:

Haas, Micron, Matsuura Controls:

Fanuc, Haas Qualifications:

Machinist II or III level experience required

Machinist II:

Setup and multi-machine operation experience

Machinist III:

Programming, setup, and operation experience Strong work history and reliability Willingness to work overtime as needed

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly pay ranging from $25-$32/hr, based on experience 15% shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts 3.5 weeks of PTO upon hire Comprehensive benefits starting the first of the month following start date
