Toolmaker/Machinist

Position:

Job Shop Machinist - Full time position Will consider applicants looking for part-time employment. •This is a skilled trade position. Please read below and do not apply if you do not meet the required qualifications below. Qualified candidates will have experience working in a Job Shop setting and be able to work with a wide range of milling, turning, and grinding equipment to produce precision-machined parts. Must possess skills required to set-up, machine, and inspect parts. CNC milling or turning experience will be considered a plus. Qualified candidates will meet the following criteria: 1) Have a strong working knowledge of machining fundamentals. 2) Have experience with advanced machining concepts and strategies. 3) Read and accurately interpret blueprints and related work instructions. 4) Possess good math skills. 5) Be able to work self-sufficiently with minimal supervision. 6) Be able to select and set up workholding and tooling to produce optimal machining results. 7) Have good communication skills and work well with others.
