Job Description

Manufacturing and supply chain company built for industrial customers who care about execution. Source, manufacture, and deliver engineered fasteners, fabricated components, machined parts, and Class C supply programs for OEMs across HVAC, automotive, elevator, and industrial markets. Operations include U.S.-based manufacturing, global sourcing, VMI, kitting, and 3PL services - all focused on reliability, speed, and cost control. Job Summary Seeking a reliable CNC Machining and Fabrication team member to operate CNC and automated manufacturing equipment producing high-quality metal and plastic components. This role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, consistent processes, and precision-driven manufacturing. What You'll Do Operate CNC and automated production machines performing machining and forming operations Read and follow CNC set-up sheets, drawings, and work instructions Inspect parts using gauges, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools Make routine CNC adjustments including tool changes, offsets, and feed/speed corrections Load raw materials and monitor machine performance Perform secondary fabrication operations such as deburring, grinding, polishing, stamping, and straightening Conduct basic preventive maintenance and daily machine checks Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives Follow
