Why You'll Want This Job Work on high-performance automotive components Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Full benefits package : Medical, Dental, 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Climate-controlled facility Stable, long-term employment with a growing manufacturer Overtime opportunities when production demands require it What You'll Do (CNC Machinist Responsibilities) Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines (Mazak required) Perform part setups, tool changes, and in-process inspections Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and tolerances Work closely with senior machinists, programmers, engineering, and quality teams Identify and report non-conforming parts to resolve issues quickly Maximize efficiency through proper setups and smooth transitions Meet production rates, schedules, and quality standards Perform basic preventive maintenance on machines Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 2-5 years of CNC milling experience Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Experience using micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings High School Diploma or GED Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Preferred (Not Required) Mazatrol programming experience (3-, 4-, or 5-axis) Mastercam programming experience Experience in automotive or performance manufacturing Schedule Full-time, on-site 1st or 2nd shift available Occasional overtime, including evenings or weekends, as needed About Us Accessible Technologies, Inc.
