What You'll Do Set up and operate manual and/or CNC machine tools to produce precision metal components. Interpret blueprints, job orders, setup sheets, and other manufacturing documentation. Determine machining requirements, tooling, machine settings, feeds, speeds, and sequence of operations. Plan and layout dimensions according to engineering drawings. Machine parts to required tolerances and specifications. Verify quality using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other inspection tools. Perform basic machine maintenance and keep equipment, tooling, and work areas clean and organized. Safely move materials using forklifts, hoists, cranes, and other lifting equipment. Ensure all products meet Bradbury's quality standards and customers' expectations. Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Working knowledge of precision measuring instruments. Basic shop math skills, including fractions and decimals. Ability to safely use hand tools and manufacturing equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Previous machining experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience operating CNC and/or manual machine tools.
