Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and manual machines to produce parts to print specifications Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models Select appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds for various materials Perform precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges Inspect finished parts to ensure conformance to tolerances and quality standards Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments to programs or setups Perform basic programming edits (G-code) or work with CAM-generated programs Maintain clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards Support tool repair, modification, and preventive maintenance activities Communicate effectively with engineering, tooling, and production teams Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Experience:
5+ years of relevant work experience 5+ years of experience with blueprint reading 5+ years of experience of operation of mill and lathe 5+ years work experience with CNC Knowledge of MasterCam
