Our 90,000-square foot facility located in Cincinnati, Ohio houses a dedicated team of 50+ highly skilled professionals and constantly expands its production capabilities. Our products are globally shipped to customers far and wide. As our, Machinist you'll have the opportunity to help shape the future of our company and make a lasting impact on our success. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathes with minimal supervision (Femco, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, manual, VTL) Perform tool changes, offsets, and minor edits directly at the machine Troubleshoot machining issues, make decisions independently, and maintain part quality Perform 100%-dimensional inspection using tools such as: Micrometers Height stands Calipers Bore mics Dial indicators Read and interpret complex aerospace blueprints and part drawings Ensure parts are produced to tight tolerances and customer requirements Support and mentor other team members when needed Meet daily and weekly production targets without sacrificing quality Maintain a clean and organized work environment Required Qualifications High School degree or equivalent is required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Minimum 5 years CNC lathe experience Proficient with setups, tooling, and on-machine edits without step-by-step instruction Strong inspection skills with manual measuring tools Demonstrated ability to independently diagnose and resolve machining issues Strong communication and leadership skills; able to assist and guide others Preferred (Not Required) Skills Background in aerospace is a plus. Machinist certification (e.g., NIMS or equivalent) CNC programming experience (G-code, conversational, or CAM-based) CNC milling machine experience (Doosan, Haas, Makino) Wire EDM knowledge or experience (Makino) If you are driven with a passion for aerospace and defense manufacturing, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
