GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Bar Turner 1 Operator is responsible for all the functions as listed below. Operation in this area is to be understood in total with the focus of utilizing the equipment to meet all the quality and productivity goals as outlined in our quality system. All work instructions are to be followed as outlined.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. General overview of the LP 2. General safety 3. 6S Standards and requirements 4. Lock out tag out/try out 5.ISO 6. AS-400 7.
Crane training 8. Forklift training 9. Time sheets 10. Time off request 11. Accident/incident reports 12. Product ID and parking 13. Recycle program 14. Serious misconduct policy 15. LP objectivesSUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Other duties as assigned 2. Participation in relevant continuous improvement programs.MINIMUM EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of high school degree or equivalent (GED)PHYSICAL ABILITIES REQUIRED
