Duties Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (mills, lathes, and/or multi-axis equipment) Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications Program, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs (G-code) as needed Select proper tooling, speeds, and feeds based on material and job requirements Machine parts to precise tolerances while maintaining high-quality standards Perform in-process and final inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Identify and resolve machining issues to minimize downtime and scrap Maintain equipment, tooling, and work area in a clean and safe condition Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and team members to meet production goals Assist with continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency and productivity Work overtime and adapt to changing job priorities as required Experience 2+ years of CNC machining experience preferred Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and measurements Ability to read prints and work with tight tolerances Experience with manual machines is a plus Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented Ability to work overtime as needed
