DIRECT HIRE ROLE
from day one We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with experience on lathes and/or milling machines. The ideal candidate will set up and operate small to mid-size CNC machines, working on precision parts under 6" in diameter, while adhering to tight tolerances and reading blueprints accurately.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate small to mid-size CNC lathes, including 3-4 axis machines (Okuma, Mitsubishi, Nakamura) Set up and operate CNC milling machines Select cutting tools and determine appropriate speeds and feeds for each job Read and interpret blueprints to produce parts to specification Ensure precision and accuracy for tight tolerance parts Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
Previous CNC lathe and/or milling experience required Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately Strong attention to detail Knowledge of speeds, feeds, and tooling for precision machining

Monday•
Friday:
7:00 AM•3:30 PM Opportunity for overtime
Pay:
$35/hour (based on experience)
