Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM

Competitive Pay based on experience/qualifications Brennan Machine Co., Inc. is a family-owned precision machining company that's been serving customers for over 50 years. We specialize in precision machining and assembly across various industries and pride ourselves on producing high-quality parts and maintaining long-term customers and employee relationships. We're currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Assembler/Manual Machinist to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone with prior experience in machining, mechanical assembly, or manufacturing, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in manual machining, mechanical assembly, manufacturing or a related field preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, comfortable working with small parts, hand tools, and repetitive detailed tasks Ability to read and follow basic work instructions, drawings, specifications Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Responsibilities:

Deburr and clean machined parts using hand tools and other equipment Install push pins, Helicoils, inserts and other small components Assemble precision parts and components according to drawings, instructions, and specifications Use small hand tools and measuring tools as required Visually inspect parts for quality, appearance and proper assembly Mark, label, identify parts according to instructions Package completed parts for shipment Assist with other manufacturing tasks as needed
