We are ISO 9001 and 13485 certified, ITAR registered and becoming AS 9100 certified. We have a steady backlog of aerospace, medical, R & D and commercial work. We have an Immediate opening for CNC Lathe Machinist who will fit out culture and has experience turning and inspecting precision prototype parts to tight tolerances. We were proudly named the 2022 SBA Massachusetts Small Manufacturer of the Year. In 2023 we won a Massachusetts MMAP grant to help purchase a new CMM and 5-axis milling machine. What Should You Bring to the Table…
  • A minimum of 3 years Experience in a similar role
  • Must be familiar with Fanuc Controls and Mill/Turn
  • Must have an advanced understanding of blueprint reading including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
  • Must be able to take accurate measurements using micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, and thread gauges.
  • Strong shop math skills required
  • Must be able to follow ISO procedures
  • Must be able to work well on a team, be hands-on and willing to do whatever is required to ensure the company's growth, and able to thrive in a small-company environment.
  • Must have a positive, professional attitude and a growth mindset.
  • US citizenship required and must have reliable transportation and an unrestricted drivers' license
