CNC Machinist with Programming (All shifts available) - Direct Hire Opportunity Personnel People - 4.0 Sharon, MA Job Details Full-time Up to $45 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Profit sharing Paid parental leave Paid holidays Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance Flexible spending account Parental leave Employee assistance program Vision insurance 401(k) matching Gym membership Life insurance Qualifications Machine setup Tooling CAM software Milling machines Quality assurance within manufacturing CNC toolpath generation Equipment adjustment (production tasks) Full Job Description This is a senior-level CNC machining role where you are responsible for the full machining process: Programming CNC machines Setting up complex jobs Operating production runs Editing programs at the machine Ensuring precision and quality throughout Core Responsibilities Programming & CNC Control Program CNC lathe and/or milling machines using CAM software Edit and adjust programs as needed at the machine Optimize machining processes for efficiency and accuracy Setup & Operation Perform multiple complex setups Set machine origins and fixture alignment Load tooling and configure machines for production Precision Machining Work with extremely tight tolerances
Maintain:
Concentricity Squareness Parallelism Critical surface finishes Blueprint & Technical Work Read and interpret: Blueprints Engineering drawings Work instructions / method sheets Inspection & Quality Control Use precision measurement tools: Micrometers Calipers Gauges Perform in-process and final inspection Ensure parts match engineering specifications Skills & Qualifications CNC lathe and/or milling experience required CAM programming experience (required) Strong blueprint reading skills Experience with precision measuring instruments Ability to handle complex setups and independent problem-solving Work Schedule First shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Second shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM Shift differential available Pay Up to $45/hour depending on experience Benefits (Very strong package) Medical, dental, vision insurance Flexible spending + dependent care accounts Wellness benefit ($300 gym reimbursement) 401(k) with 3.5% match Profit sharing up to 5%
