Schedule First Shift:
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30
PM Second Shift:
Monday-Friday | 3:30 PM-12:00 AM (25% Shift Differential) Position Summary We are hiring an experienced CNC Lathe or CNC Mill Machinist to support aerospace manufacturing operations. This role involves machine setup, operation, inspection, and process adjustments to ensure parts are produced accurately and meet strict quality and tolerance requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong machining background, experience reading blueprints, and the ability to work independently in a production environment. Candidates may specialize in either CNC lathes or CNC mills; the position will be aligned with the individual's experience and strengths. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathes or milling machines Read and follow blueprints, operation sheets, and work instructions Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections Verify dimensions using micrometers, calipers, indicators, and preset gages Enter tool offsets and make machine adjustments as needed Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality-related issues Maintain clean and organized work areas, tooling, and inspection equipment Operate multiple machines performing similar operations when required Perform routine machine maintenance and monitor machine performance Complete production and inspection documentation accurately Maintain compliance with AS9100 and
ISO 9001
