CNC Lathe & Milling Operators Join Our Family-Owned Manufacturing Team! Now Hiring - Night Shift Position Available! Are you an experienced CNC operator looking for more than just a job? We're looking for motivated CNC Lathe & Milling Operators for our night shift who take pride in producing high-quality precision parts and enjoy working in a clean, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or CNC milling machines.
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Perform machine setups, tool changes, and offsets.
- Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment.
- Maintain quality standards and production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Qualifications
- CNC lathe and/or CNC milling experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
