Direct Hire Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled All Around Machinist with strong setup experience to join our team. This role involves working with a variety of CNC and manual machines to produce high-quality components, primarily in short-run production environments. The ideal candidate is versatile, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple machine platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC milling machines (3-axis) Work with Robodrill and DMG Mori Seiki equipment Operate manual lathe machines and Bridgeport mills Utilize Prototrak systems for machining operations Perform short-run production with frequent changeovers Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CNC programming is a plus Familiarity with SolidWorks and/or CamWorks Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Requirements:

Proven experience as a machinist with setup capabilities Experience with both CNC and manual machining equipment Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Hours:

Monday through Friday - 7am to 3:30pm

Pay Rate:

Up to $35/hour (based on experience)
